Funko Pop 62 Nearly Headless Nick

Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington, known after his death as Nearly Headless Nick, Nick or Sir Nicholas (died 31 October 1492), was a wizard who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Gryffindor house . Although he prefers to be called by his real name – Sir Nicholas de Mimsy Porpington – everyone refers to him by his nickname, which he received because he was not beheaded properly. Its ghostly head tilts sideways as if on a hinge and it is attached to its body by a single flap of skin.

He was a royal court wizard as an adult. He was sentenced to death by decapitation, after having a magical accident with Lady Grieve (He tried to straighten her teeth, but it backfired and he grew tusks). However, the executioner's ax was dull and Nick's head was still attached to his neck by a thin strip of skin after 45 blows. Since then, he has become the resident ghost of Gryffindor Tower at Hogwarts Castle.

The character was portrayed in the film series by John Cleese, although he only appeared in the first two films.
