Scott Wayne Barnes Jr. (born August 1, 2001) is an American basketball player for the Toronto Raptors in the NBA. He played college basketball for the Florida State Seminoles, earning third-team all-conference honors in the ACC as a freshman in 2021. The Raptors selected him with the fourth overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft. Barnes signed his contract with the team on August 8, 2021, and made his NBA debut on October 20, scoring 12 points with nine rebounds and one assist in a loss to the Washington Wizards.
